Maestro Robert Spano conducts this chic, inspired, eclectic and fun sonic journey with the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra. Revel in the fantastical soundscapes of A Garden Feeds also the Soul, a world premiere from composer Michael Gandolfi, an Atlanta favorite. Croatian-born composer/pianist Dejan Lazić performs his own Piano Concerto "In Istrian Style.” Sergei Rachmaninov's Third Symphony caps the evening.

The Atlanta Symphony Orchestra, which performs primarily at the Woodruff Arts Center in Midtown Atlanta,is known for excellence in its live performances, presentations, choruses and Grammy Award-winning recordings. The ASO performs more than 200 concerts annually for more than a half-million listeners through its classical, pops, educational and community programming. Since 2001, the orchestra has been led by music director Robert Spano and principal guest conductor Donald Runnicles.
